Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it to print. We may cancel and fully refund any order, for example if an item can't be made, the price shown was an obvious mistake, or we suspect fraud.

Every shirt is printed on demand for you by our print partner, Printful. Colors on screen are close but not exact, and garment-dyed shirts vary a little from one to the next. That's part of the look, not a defect.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order you've already paid for.

We ship to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is up to them, but if it's lost we'll help sort it out (see shipping). Please double-check your address: we can't cover reprints for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print. Because each shirt is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong items are reprinted or refunded, as described on our returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site, including The Committee frog, belong to The Faded Meme. Buying a shirt lets you wear it, gift it or resell that shirt. It doesn't let you copy, print or sell the designs themselves, or use them to train or prompt image models. Sharing photos of your shirt is encouraged.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, place fraudulent orders or get around its checkout. We may block anyone who does.

The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; changes apply to orders placed after the new version is posted, and the date at the top will change.
